How is pricing worked out?
There's no fixed price. It depends on how many services you need, the size of your market and the competition. Once we've heard about your business on the free diagnosis, we'll estimate a range.
Who owns the work when it's done?
Your customer data always belongs to you and can be exported at any time. Ownership of everything else, and how handover works, is written into the contract and explained during the diagnosis.
Do I have to hire you after the diagnosis?
No. If it isn't a fit, that's fine. The diagnosis is free, with no obligation to go further.
What do I need to prepare?
Before the call, think about who you most want to be found by and how your recent ads have done. If you have accounts, have login access ready so we can get up to speed faster.
Who looks after it afterwards?
This is an ongoing monthly service: monthly adjustments and monthly reports. Handover is set out in the contract.
